Degraves

Wildfox maxi dress / Vintage denim vest / Sportsgirl belt / Misuzi initial necklace-Harry & Gretel

Hello lovelies this is Degraves Street, a little hidden gem in the heart of Melbourne. It's full of cute, yummy, little cafes & sweet little boutique stores. It would have to be one of my favourite places in the world. Don't ever get the bed and breakfast deal when you stay in melbourne, because there are so many amazing places to try for breakie. You just have to set out and explore. If you ever find yourself on Devgraves you must go to 'Jungle Juice,' they have the most incredible bagels and their menu's are in children's story books.
My tartan Wildfox dress and Vintage denim vest are very fitting for a morning down Degraves, they tie in perfectly with the quirky alley ways and all the interesting people that you watch that pass through. It's a must do, so put it on your bucket list!

Tapestry

Mac- Ruby Woo lipstick / Misuzi heart necklace / Bassike tank / Alice in the Eve skirt

Just a quickie! This is another Tapestry purchase of mine, I think I'm a bit addicted. It all started when I saw the Dolce & Gabbana tapestry outfit and bag on Gary Peppers's blog. If only I had enough money to buy Dolce & Gabbana…I'm too busy paying off my long list of lay-by's at work to spend money any where else at the moment. For those of you who don't know I work at an amazing fashion boutique and I spend my dollars faster then I get them! My pay cheques sort of circulate within the business unfortunately. Hopefully I will do some posts soon with all our new stock!
ciao for now!

Release the Dogs

Dangerfield dress / Rummage collar / Mimco watch / Converse sneakers

Rottweilers are scary, but I made an exception for this one he doesn't look so scary. I threw this little dress on for a day of exploring all the little hidden alley ways and streets in Melbourne with Thomas. I love street art, and we were lucky enough to see some art in action. A bunch of graffiti artists were at work down Union Lane. I teamed up this spunky dress with my diamond spike collar, bright orange lips, and my white cons. It's funny in Melbourne I love dressing super quirky and fun! I think I've come to the conclusion that eventually I would like to move over there to live for a while and bring out the arty side of myself.
I'm having a love affair with a city.

Pulling Colours

Ysl Ring
Vintage Belt
Vintage Clutch
Kuwaii Dress
Sempre Di Heels
Misuzi Necklace & Bracelet
(Harry&Gretel)

To pull a look together all you need to start with is one Beautiful Pattern with a decent colour palette, wether it be from your dress, belt, top, shoes or hat. I've pulled my colours from this beautiful vintage tapestry bag I recently snapped up in Melbourne. I think we all from one time or another have bought an accessory we LOVE and have so badly wanted to wear it that you try work your whole outfit around it! When you have something with lots of colours through it like my clutch it can be so easy to put together the rest of your outfit. I pulled that beautiful golden mustard colour out of the clutch with my Kuwaii dress. Gold dainty jewellery, Ysl ring to pick up that gorgeous blue & my Lange belt to pull that dark red. If it was more of a night look I may even wear a red lipstick to dress it up.
So sometimes this is how I get dressed!
